Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Boise, ID)

Nova Fox Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Boise caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes.
