Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
