Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Austin serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
