Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Banking Services and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
