Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Glen Civic Services and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
