Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records.
