Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Pine Water Authority and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Model the cost of water quality and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
