Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wilder Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
