Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Wilder Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Tucson area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of meter reading and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
