Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Pine Manufacturing makes precision components in Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
