Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its San Jose plant. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
