Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pine Financial Partners and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
