Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath River Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
