Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Sacramento, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Families are partners. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
