Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 298 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
