Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Pine Financial is a financial-services company in Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
