Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Redstone Haven Insurance is an insurance company in Orlando with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 457 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
