Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Northwind Meridian Foods Associates is a Seattle food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
