Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Northwind River Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
