Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Bright Beacon Manufacturing Group is a Cleveland manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
