Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Kestrel Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Seattle, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
