Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Kestrel Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Jackson plant, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
