Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cleveland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
