Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Cedar Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
