Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Westbrook Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
