Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Redstone Union Foods produces packaged foods at its Tucson plant. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
