Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Nest Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Atlanta, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
