Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
