Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Nova Quill Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of production batches and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
