Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Bridge Legal Group is a Rochester practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 985 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
