Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Willow Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 633 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
