Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Redstone Meridian Banking Services is a regional lender in Orlando with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
