Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Thistle Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
