Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Kestrel Manufacturing and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • A relevant degree or certification.
