Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Kestrel Financial and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
