Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Orlando serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 248 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
