Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Orlando, FL)

Stonegate Glen Civic Services is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
