Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Beacon Financial and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
