Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Beacon Financial serves customers across Oklahoma City with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
