Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (New Orleans, LA)

Greenridge Ember Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for New Orleans and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Model the cost of water quality and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
