Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Juniper Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Nashville serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
