Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Nashville, TN)

Bright Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Nashville serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 606 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
