Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Ivory Banking Services Partners provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
