Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Haven Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 255 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
