Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Logistics sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
