Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Kestrel Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
