Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Corner Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of catastrophe response and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
