Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Umber Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
