Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ashton Civic Services Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
