Lumen Kestrel Learning Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 268 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records.
